The Talkeetna Library was packed with people Monday night for the Talkeetna Community Council meeting.  The discussion focused mainly on Birch Creek Landing, an airpark and proposed new subdivision over the last year.  The agenda item of a waiver brought out more residents than has been seen at a Community Council meeting in years.
