Bush vet supporters form new animal welfare group

After the much publicized departure of veterinarian Dr. Eric Jayne from Alaska, animal welfare supporters in Alaska urge the state to encourage veterinarians to perform low cost spay and neuter clinics across the state rather than to stifle them. Jayne has traveled all over the state to perform those services until two ethics complaints were lodged against him. The state board of veterinarians is investigating the complaints.
