Flood advisory issued for the Western Susitna Valley

The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for the Western Susitna Valley in effect until 10 AM Wednesday. The Yentna River is near flood stage. A flood advisory means river or stream flows are elevated or ponding of water in areas is occurring or is imminent.
