Elections: Prop 3 and 4 aim to repair and improve schools

In the upcoming Mat-Su Borough elections, voters have five propositions to decide on. Ballot measure Three and Four are proposing to issue general obligation bonds to pay for major school renovations and sports facility improvements. KTNA reporter Diana Haecker has more.
