Elections: Voters to decide on borough-issued road bonds

Residents of the Mat Su Borough go to the polls to vote on millions of dollars in road bonds. Assembly member Ron Arvin is calling on voters to make this Borough different than every other Borough in the state of Alaska. Sue Deyoe has more.
