In KTNA’s continued series on domestic violence, we look at the mind of the abuser. What are the red flags that signal an abusive relationship? What promotes the cycle of abuse? Clinical social worker Lisa Hay runs a program that works with domestic violence perpetrators in Fairbanks and shares her insights.

    It may be inappropriate for me, a staff member at KTNA, to comment on this and other stories, but I wholeheartedly applaud Diana Haecker’s efforts to objectively report on the many issues surrounding domestic violence. I know it is difficult, but think it is critical. A tough and worthy effort. Thank you Diana.
