Redistriciting decision changes upper valley voting district

Every ten years, in conjunction with the census, the Alaska Redistricting Board draws new lines and comes up with new voting districts. For the past several months, the Redistricting Board has been drawing and RE-drawing plans. On Tuesday, they signed their proclamation and presented their final plan.
