The program started with a quick update on the springtime flood risk of the local rivers, and then turned to guests Casey Cook and Bea Adler from the Matanuska Susitna Borough Emergency Services Department to talk about personal and community emergency preparedness. Local business owner Jenny Krepel was also in the studio to discuss the local “Gear Up” campaign. Charlie Loeb hosts.

KTNA’s Lorien Nettleton has a conversation with Sharon Cissna, a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives. The hour on-air is in 20 minute segments.
The guests on this Su Valley Voice represent the Alaska Mental Health Board and Advisory Board on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. They discuss behavioral health in Alaska with host Lorien Nettleton, and hear from several residents.
Host Lorien Nettleton talks to Mat-Su Borough Manager John Moosey, Assistant Manager George Hayes, Borough Representative Vern Halter, and Talkeetna Water/Sewer Board co-chair Karen Schapansky talk about flood recovery and water/sewer issues in the KTNA studio. The program was about an hour long.
Host Lorien Nettleton gathers a handful of artists in the studio, two-by-two, and a couple people well-known in the local arts community: art auction coordinator Nick Condon, and man of many artistic hats, Tony Crocetto.
