Chase Council considers Comp Plan revisions

The Chase Community Council is considering revising the Chase Comprehensive Plan.  The discussion took place at their council meeting last week.

The original plan was adopted in 1992. The council has 2 volunteers looking through the plan to see what changes may need to be made.  Eileen Probasco, Borough Planner, as well as Borough Assemblyman Tom Kluberton have suggested the document might be updating.

The council also discussed starting the paperwork necessary to become an official 501-c-3 non profit organization.

The council was revived this winter and the Borough has officially accepted them as a community council in good standing again.
