With the shortest day upon us, Alaskans are celebrating the holidays in different ways. For some, it’s family time. For others, it’s another day at work. Many like to celebrate the winter solstice outdoors.

KTNA’s Katie Writer talked to people around downtown to capture this year’s holiday vibes.
