It is budget time for the Mat Su Borough. The Mat Su Borough acting manager, Elizabeth Gray, recently released the [draft budget for 2012](http://www.matsugov.us/?ref=ktna.org). This year, there is a very slight proposed increase to the areawide mil levy. The overall budget currently stands close to $379 million.
