The Mat-Su Borough is holding its annual election on October 2nd. In addition to assembly and school board seats, as well as a mayoral election, the ballot will ask voters three questions. KTNA’s Phillip Manning spoke with Borough Manager John Moosey about those three questions, and what they mean for Valley residents.
