As the Board of Fish meetings wrap up at the end of this week, Valley sport fishers are hoping that the Board takes into consideration their proposals. A [75 page document](https://ktna.org/media/2011/MSB%5FBOF%5FBooklet%5F2011.pdf) has been compiled to urge the Board to take action on declining fish populations in the Upper Cook Inlet.
