Typically this involves setting up the back of a vehicle or a pop up tent\, decorating it\, and handing out treats. You may set up your station between 4 and 4:30pm on Friday\, October 31st to prepare. The VFW typically sees the most trick or treaters between 4:30 and 7pm.

DESCRIPTION:Watercolorist\, Miles Bloomfield\, is instructing a series of Winter Plein Air Painting classes. Classes are from 1 to 4pm at the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar each Tuesday in the month of January. This is an outdoor painting class\, so participants should dress for the weather.
