SUMMARY:Jazz Workshop - Denali Arts Council
DESCRIPTION:Denali Arts Council presents the 2026 Jazz Workshop at the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar. Rocco John Iacovone will instruct a two-week jazz workshop open to musicians of all experience levels. Participants who read music and those who play by ear alike will develop skills in listening\, improvisation\, collaboration\, and ensemble performance while expanding their musical toolbox for the future. Workshop sessions begin June 18th at 5:00pm. The workshop concludes with a public performance on Thursday\, July 2nd at 7:00 p.m. For additional information about the workshop including session dates\, call or text Sandy at 907-355-3052.
