Mt. Redoubt started to rumble this past weekend. The [Alaska Volcano Observatory](http://www.avo.alaska.edu/?ref=ktna.org) and others are watching the volcano 24 hours a day. [Mat Su Borough](http://www.matsugov.us/?ref=ktna.org) officials are putting in place their emergency preparedness training and setting up a [website](http://prepared.matsugov.us/?ref=ktna.org) specific to the possible ashfall.
