On Tuesday afternoon, the Mat Su Narcotics team served a search warrant at a residence in the Caswell Lakes area for a suspected marijuana grow operation. The warrant and search yielded 50 live marijuana plants, grow equipment and more than 14 pounds of processed marijuana. The street value of the processed plants is more than 58 thousand dollars.

The unnamed homeowner was not at the scene at the time of the search and the investigation is on going.
