DESCRIPTION:The Denali Nordic Ski Club hosts the annual Oosik Classic Ski Race this Saturday\, March 14th. The race start is at the mile 11 gravel pit off the Talkeetna Spur Road. Jr. Oosik starts at 10:00am\, the 25K Race starts at 12:15pm and the 50K Race begins at 12pm. Racers may be crossing the finish line by the Boat Launch off of F Street in East Talkeetna between 1 and 6 pm. Please use caution when driving in race areas. Shuttles will run from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm. Find more information\, including shuttle stops at denalinordicskiclub.org.
