DESCRIPTION:Talkeetna Elementary School is excited to announce Discovery Days — three days of exploration\, creativity\, and hands-on learning for their kindergarten through 5th grade students. \nThey are looking for volunteers to help lead or support Discovery Day activities\, happening: \n\nMonday\, May 19th from 12:45 to 2:45 PM\nTuesday\, May 20th from 12:45 to 2:45 PM\nWednesday\, May 21st from 9:00 to 11:00 AM\n\nEach activity will run about two hours and serve a small group of students. They’re looking for volunteers to lead activities like a Historical Society scavenger hunt\, sewing\, art printmaking\, geocaching\, tie-dyeing\, and bead making. Or\, if you have a hobby\, skill\, or passion you’d like to share\, you may contact them.
