Last month, Democratic candidate for House District 10 Christian Hartley withdrew from the race. Fellow Houston resident Patricia Faye-Brazel has stepped up to run for the Democrats. KTNA’s Phillip Manning spoke with Faye-Brazel about her reasons for running and her thoughts on the state’s current fiscal struggle.
