There are three measures in the bill, which were each previously introduced in the 2011-2012 legislative session. In addition to a measure renaming the Talkeetna Ranger Station for Athabascan Climber Walter Harper, the first person to summit Mount McKinley.
Another measure in the bill is a land exchange between Denali National Park and Doyon-Ltd. to install a 50 kilowatt hydro project to power portions of the Kantishna Roadhouse.

Another measure in the bill would permit a proposed pipeline top be routed through park property adjacent to the Parks Highway.
