The Su-Valley soccer may have lost its opening game of the Tri-Valley tournament yesterday, but they did not go down without a fight.

Coach Tanya Byrd says Su-Valley ended the first half of their game against Lumen Christi with a 2-0 deficit. In the second half, the Rams rallied and tied the score at the end of regulation, forcing a shootout. Lumen Christi prevailed, but took eight shots to do it. Byrd says the team gave a great effort and had a fun match.
