Then, around the theme of *Staying Healthy During the Season of Excess*, we’ll learn all about Alaska Family Services and their programs as well as get a few tips from a local nutrition and health coach, Aubrey Smith. At the end, past local resident Michelle Puryear shares her Holiday Ice Cube recipe with suggestions for ways to enjoy them in a Mock-tail.

**Recipe:** *Holiday Ice Cube Mock-Tail by Michelle Puryear*

In each ice cube well (think about using small muffin pans):

- Cranberries
- Cinnamon Stick
- Sprig of Rosemary
- Orange Slice

Then fill with:

- Pomegranate Juice

And freeze.

Grab a glass, plop in a Holiday Ice Cube, top with Soda Water, Ginger Ale or some other bubbly, fruity beverage.
