This week on Su Valley Voice, KTNA’s Phillip Manning was joined by Mat-Su Borough Mayor Vern Halter. They discussed Halter’s time in office and issues facing the borough. The borough election will be held on October 2nd. Early voting is underway now and ends on October 1st.
