*The* [*Alaska Energy Authority*](http://www.akenergyauthority.org/railbeltlargehydro.html?ref=ktna.org#publicmeetings) *is holding a series of public meetings across Alaska on their preliminary findings on possible hydro projects along the railbelt. Monday night, the AEA team was in Talkeetna to face a packed house at the elementary school gymnasium. While pro Susitna Dam buttons were handed out at the *Fairbanks* meeting, those buttons were nowhere to be seen at the meeting in Talkeenta. Meetings will continue in Palmer, Anchorage and Kenai.*
