If you have been to Talkeetna’s Main Street recently you may have noticed some changes: a new pavilion in the village park, construction finishing on the Dancing Leaf gallery, and the removal of an old log structure from behind the Roadhouse. In a time of moderate construction activity the Talkeetna Historical society has been proactive about helping Talkeetna maintain it’s historical character. KTNA’s Melis Coady has more:
