KTNA maintains an online announcement and classified page to help keep our listeners informed. Announcements are mainly for nonprofits. Classifieds are for nonprofits as well as individual needs. The KTNA Community Calendar includes all announcements plus additional community events happening at local businesses.

Saturday on Ag Matters the featured guest is Far North Fungi. They grow medicinal mushrooms at their farm in Chugiak. MatSu Trails and Parks Foundation joins Mike this week for Valley Edition. Ag Matters and Valley Edition come to KTNA from Big Cabbage Radio in Palmer and air on KTNA Saturday evenings beginning at 6pm.
The next Susitna Writer's Voice is a new one from Michael Potter. Inspired by a local meal, Michael presents his own recipe for smoked salmon over creamy orzo. Susitna Writer's Voice airs Sunday following the 6pm announcements and Monday at 12:30pm after the midday news.
This week on Home to Roost, hosts John and Rachel look at the federal connection to increasing rates of congenital syphilis and taxes on hockey gear. They also play Who Said It and read what George Washington said about political parities in his Farewell Address. Home to Roost airs on KTNA Sundays at 6:30m.
Outdoor Explorer is still on break. This Sunday at 7pm on KTNA you can hear Hometown Alaska. This episode explores ways to minimize human impact on the planet. The show guests are members of the Anchorage group Anchor Gardens. They talk about their efforts with co-op gardens, tiny homes, and why you should give composting a shot. This show is a rebroadcast.
