Around 11 a.m. on Friday, a Quality Asphalt Paving trailer loaded with gravel rolled into the ditch at the Kashwintna road construction site on the Parks Highway.A Quality Asphalt project foreman said the tires of the truck pulling the trailer got stuck in the mud off the road and the trailer rolled. Nobody was injured in the accident.
The foreman said that there won’t be any road closures and he doesn’t expect any impact to traffic.
The location of the rolled trailer is a quarter mile north of Kashwintna Lake.
