The Trapper Creek Community Council recently underwent changes as long serving members resigned and new members were appointed to fill their seats in the interim.Former council chairperson Mike Zagula resigned and Virginia Dalton-Pollo was appointed to fill his position in the interim.
Vice-president Josh Filter moved out of the council area and also resigned. The council appointed Shawn Stankowitz to be the interim vice president. Duronda Twigg is still secretary. Paul Thomas was voted in to serve on the council and was appointed treasurer. Rick Leo was voted in to be a new regular member of the council.
The council holds its regular elections in May. Dalton-Pollo said that in the next regular meeting on November 18, the council plans to discuss ideas how to spend the state’s revenue share funds.
