Talkeetna’s sewer and water utility completes testing

It took many months for the Mat Su Borough to replace utility man Chuck Jacobs and in August Mike Kilgo was hired as the replacement.  He has spent the last several months trying to sort through file, learn the system and get Talkeetna back into compliance with DEC.
