A change of plea hearing has been set in the case of Tim Myers versus state of Alaska.
Myers is charged with assault of a Talkeetna woman and also criminal mischief with property damage, a DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and also possession of a controlled substance.
Myers continues to be housed at Mat Su Pretrial. He originally pled not guilty to all charges. His change of plea hearing is scheduled for Monday (mar. 7th) at 10 a.m. in Palmer.
