This week saw the release of two documents related to the proposed Susitna Watana hydroelectric dam. On Monday, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission released a second scoping document identifying issues related to the proposed dam. The same day, the Alaska Energy Authority released a twelve-hundred, seventy-eight page Proposed Study Plan.
