This weekend, the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar will play host to MOOSE: The Movie, a feature film produced in the Mat-Su Valley and starring, primarily, Alaskans. KTNA’s Phillip Manning spoke with Chad Carpenter of Wasilla, who is the co-writer and producer of MOOSE.
