This is a 200 year old secret family recipe.  A graham cracker crust surrounds a sweet cream cheese base which is layered with cinnamon and topped with a semi-sweet layer of cream. by Monique Peters

KTNA has teamed up with Cubby’s Marketplace to support the Upper Susitna Food Pantry, it includes Talkeetna, Susitna, Caswell, and, essentially,  most of the Northern Susitna Valley.  The Auction will take place on the air, anyone can call in with a bid.  Cubby’s will give a gift card to the food bank for desserts that are sold for $75 or more.
