Talkeetna man arrested early Monday on multiple charges

Alaska State Troopers arrested thirty-one-year old Orrin Pinard on charges of criminal mischief, assault on a police officer, indecent exposure, and multiple counts of disorderly conduct.  The arrest occurred around 1:30 am on Monday near Mile 98 of the Parks Highway.

This is not Pinard’s first encounter with law enforcement.  Last August, he was also arrested on multiple charges, and was ultimately found guilty of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

In 2011, Orrin Pinard plead guilty to assault in the third degree and animal cruelty.  He was sentenced to nine years, with five years suspended, and seven years of probation.
