As COVID-19 restrictions and recommendations ease, it means a period of re-adjustment toward “normal”

Nationwide, restrictions and precautions that were put in place more than a year ago to slow the spread of COVID-19 are being relaxed.  For individuals who have adapted to more than a year of the conditions of the pandemic, though, it may be difficult to adjust back to life as it was before COVID.  KTNA’s Phillip Manning spoke with Kirsten Strolle, a behavioral health consultant with Sunshine Community Health Center about some of things that may be facing people as the pandemic wanes.
