The Mat-Su Borough Assembly begins its budget process this week. There are four meetings scheduled to gather public input on budget items. While most of those meetings will be held in Palmer and Wasilla, there will be one meeting in the Northern Valley. On Thursday, the Mat-Su Borough Assembly will meet at the Willow Community Center at 6:00 pm.
Deliberations and potential adoption of the budget get underway next week with a special assembly meeting on May 4th. There are three potential meetings scheduled for deliberations, amendments, and potential adoption of the borough budget.
