The Alaska Legislature gaveled out after just one day of its special session in May.  Last week, KTNA’s Phillip Manning spoke with Representative Kevin McCabe about the end of the session. Their discussion included the unusual process leading up to the state budget bill’s passing and which bills are still in committee that Rep. McCabe believes are important.
