With construction season winding down, the Parks Highway improvement project between Willow and Kashwintna is about to be shut down for the winter. The Department of Transportation’s project manager Steve Frey and design project manager Jim Amundsen gave an outlook of what Parks Highway motorists and residents can expect with future plans to improve the highway.
