CASWELL LAKES— Julia Orth-Weber, age 42, was killed in an explosion and home fire near Caswell Lakes on Tuesday, November 16. The fire marshall is investigating. Houston, Willow, Caswell and Talkeetna firefighters all responded to the scene and tried to save the structure as 30 mph winds ripped through the area.
