The deadline for the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race looms, and so far the race has 62 teams signed up. Entries for the race are due by close of business Wednesday, and race administrator Jo-Ann Potts expects they will still see a few more entries come in between now and then. Entries that are mailed in have to be postmarked by midnight tonight, but Potts says she hopes any entries getting mailed the day of the deadline would give a call to let them know.
