Jessica Stevens Community Foundation is hosting a Basic Estate Plan seminar for local residents. Anchorage Attorney Frank Nosek will lead attendees in completing three basic estate plan documents: the Will, Durable Power of Attorney, and Advanced Health Care Directive. The goal of the seminar is for attendees to walk out the door with finalized documents notarized by on-site library staff.
