AUTO DEALERS AMONG TOP BBB COMPLAINTS
BBB Examines 1st Quarter Complaint Statistics
Anchorage, Alaska – April 28, 2010 – Auto dealers of both new vehicles and used vehicles have topped Better Business Bureau’s list of most-complained-about industries in Alaska consistently since 2006. According to the 2010 first-quarter complaint statistics, “Auto Dealers – Used Cars” ranked first for complaints; while “Auto Dealers – New Cars” ranked third.
BBB’s first quarter statistics examine complaints accrued between January and March 2010. The following industries in Alaska received the highest number of complaints:

5. Movers
