The new Sculpin subdivision is proposed on the west side of the Talkeetna Spur Road. East Leila Lane would be the main access point for the 23 lots.
The project is located between Talkeetna Estates and the Susitna River. Lot sizes range from about one to three acres. A soils report showed the project area will be able to support on-site septic systems.
Leila Lane and the first five lots adjacent to it would be developed in the first phase. The remaining lots and an east-west access road would be developed during phase two.
Comments by email or mail are due by July 26th. The Sculpin subdivision will be discussed at the August 17th Mat-Su Platting Board public hearing. Details and contacts are available on the KTNA website.
