Burglary list from early Tuesday AM grows
The list of crimes that occurred late Monday night and early Tuesday morning continues to grow. Suzy’s Gifts and Collectibles was not the only business that was burglarized.
The list of crimes that occurred late Monday night and early Tuesday morning continues to grow. Suzy’s Gifts and Collectibles was not the only business that was burglarized. The Alaska Railroad reported a break in at the summer depot. Jack MacDonald said a window was broken and a video camera was taken. He said it could have been much worse. The Railroad security staff responded to the crime and boarded the broken window at the summer depot building.
That building is boarded up for the winter soon. The last southbound Alaska Railroad train is the 13th. The last Princess train is the 14th.
Vandalism along the Spur Road was reported this week as well. Trooper reports are not yet available for those events.
