- Youth Field Educator, focused on leading youth programs in Talkeetna, with the opportunity to lead camping trips in the Denali region
- Talkeetna Educator, focused on the planning, preparation, and delivery of Talkeetna’s suite of youth and adult programming
- Instructor-in-Training, an opportunity for 16 to 21-year-olds to get hands-on experience leading youth programming in Talkeetna

Talkeetna Elementary School seeking volunteers – Discovery Day Activities
Talkeetna Elementary SchoolTalkeetna Elementary School is seeking volunteers for their upcoming Discovery Day activities for students on May 19th, 20th, and 21st. Each activity will run for about two hours and serve a small group of students. They are looking for volunteers to lead or assist with activities like sewing, geocaching, tie-dyeing, and bead making. Salmon Run Art Auction entries deadline
Entries for this year’s Salmon Run Art Auction fundraiser benefiting the Talkeetna Historical Society are due at the Museum by Sunday, June 15.
