This will be a drive-thru event held at the Upper Susitna Food Pantry from 12 to 4pm. The food pantry is normally open on Wednesdays and Fridays, but will be closed on the upcoming holidays; December 24th, 31st, and January 1st. Denali Arts Council hosts Holiday in Whoville's Interactive Dramatic Reading of the Grinch Stories at the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar on Friday and Saturday, December 19th and 20th. Attendees are welcome to come dressed in their Whoville best. They are also welcome to bring an ornament to add to the tree, or arrive early to make one - craft supplies will be available. There will be an adult and youth workshop on Saturday, January 3rd outside the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar. Tommy will instruct participants on carving techniques on 10lb blocks of ice.
