The Chase Community Council has announced the results of their election for board of directors. The election of the board took place last week, but the nominating committee needed to wait for absentee ballots by mail before counting and announcing results.
Peg Foster, Ruth Strong and Mike Wood were elected to two-year terms. Beth Pike and James Tunnell were each elected to a one-year term. The Board is expected to meet soon to elect officers. The Chase Community Council will meet quarterly or more frequently if necessary.
