Clark indicted in Talkeetna murder case
The man accused of killing Dirk Fast was indicted in court today. A grand jury met to decide the future of the case this morning.
The man accused of killing Dirk Fast was indicted in court today. A grand jury met to decide the future of the case this morning. Sam Clark is still in jail and bail has been set at $500,000 with a request for a third party custodian. He is charged with first degree murder and has pled not-guilty to the charge.
Clark has the option of calling for a bail hearing, but he has not done so.
The courtroom this morning was overflowing with Talkeetna residents. An estimated 40 people showed up for the hearing.
A trial date has been set for December 27th in Palmer court.
A pretrial court date is scheduled for December 17th.
