The start date for the trial of Samuel E Clark of Talkeetna has been delayed until June. Clark is accused of killing Dirk Fast, also of Talkeetna, on October 30
The start date for the trial of Samuel E Clark of Talkeetna has been delayed until June. Clark is accused of killing Dirk Fast, also of Talkeetna, on October 30 of last year. He is still incarcerated at Mat Su Pre trial and is being held on half a million dollars bail with a third party custodian requirement.
The trial is now scheduled for June 13th in Palmer Superior Court. The judge assigned to the case is Eric Smith.
